Exchange policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and excellent customer service. Each product is thoroughly inspected before being sent to you.

We will gladly exchange your item of jewelry within 7 days of receiving it if you are not entirely satisfied.

Unfortunately due to the hygienic nature of earrings, no earrings can be exchanged or returned.

No cash refunds will be given for jewelry unless it is received damaged or broken. Items can be exchanged for an item of the same value or for store credit. The customer is liable for shipping fees both ways.

No cash refunds will be given for incorrectly sized rings. Please be sure to check our ring sizing guidelines before purchasing a ring. Should your ring not fit, it can be exchanged for the correct size. The customer is liable for shipping fees both ways.

Jewelry that is being exchanged should be returned within 7 days of receiving it, should be unworn and returned in the original packaging. The customer is liable for shipping fees both ways. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should the item appear worn or used.
Cash refunds will only be issued for jewelry that is received damaged or broken, please email a photo of your damaged item to hello@luckycatjewelry.co.za within 48 hours of receiving it.
Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded as it is paid directly to our service providers.
